WALDEMAR HÜLSHER
Waldemar Hülscher brings over 20 years of experience in complex infrastructure repair and expansion across Africa, delivering award-winning projects in mining, petrochemical, and power sectors. He believes in client collaboration, smart engineering, and innovative, long-lasting solutions that add real value.
THE CONTRACTS MANAGER
RICARDO DA SILVA
Ricardo is a young, dynamic repair and waterproofing contract lead, combining strong supply-chain support, industry savvy, and hands-on site experience.
He aligns procurement with construction, tightens commercial control.
SENIOR SAFETY MANAGER
NICOLOUS LEBAPALA
Nicolous brings extensive health and safety experience across civil construction and specialist engineering projects, having worked alongside Waldemar since 2008 at both Stefanutti Stocks and Teichmann. He holds a SAMTRAC qualification and is a SACPCMP-registered Construction Health and Safety Officer.
With nearly two decades of practical site experience, Nicolous leads safe project delivery through risk assessments, site inspections, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, workforce training and day-to-day safety management.
His project experience includes slipforming, specialist access and rope-access works, infrastructure rehabilitation, and the construction, repair and strengthening of large and complex concrete structures. His hands-on construction knowledge enables him to integrate safety requirements with practical project execution, particularly in challenging and operational environments.
THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Technischer’s management team is a diverse, professionally registered group of project managers, engineers, technicians, safety officers, and quantity surveyors. The business is 52% black female-owned, benefiting disabled people and people from rural areas. We lead projects end-to-end, from site investigation and needs analysis to solution-driven proposals, value engineering, execution, and handover.
