Ricardo is a young, dynamic repair and waterproofing contract lead, combining strong supply-chain support, industry savvy, and hands-on site experience.
He aligns procurement with construction, tightens commercial control.
THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Technischer’s management team is a diverse, professionally registered group of project managers, engineers, technicians, safety officers, and quantity surveyors. We lead projects end-to-end, from site investigation and needs analysis to solution-driven proposals, value engineering, execution, and handover.
